Ordering from ToughTools.co.nz

When you place an order on ToughTools.co.nz you are offering to buy product from Panasonic New Zealand Ltd. The order process is as follows

• An order is placed on ToughTools.co.nz via adding available product to the shopping cart and proceeding through the checkout process.
• The checkout process includes giving Panasonic New Zealand Ltd delivery and other relevant details, including payment information and submitting your order.
• After payment is processed you will receive a confirmation page as the final step which includes full details of your order, which you should print for your own reference to keep as a receipt.
• After payment is processed, Panasonic New Zealand Ltd will send you an email to confirm we have received and accepted your order. You cannot cancel the order at this time.
• Upon receipt of the delivery, ownership of the product will be transferred from Panasonic New Zealand Ltd to the signatory.

Trade quantities will not be supplied and Panasonic New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to limit the number of items that can be ordered in a single transaction.

Pricing

All prices and delivery charges on ToughTools.co.nz are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. All transactions on ToughTools.co.nz will be billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). On your credit card statement, you will be billed by Panasonic NZ.

Panasonic New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to alter prices and delivery charges for any reason at anytime.  If the price or delivery charges alters after you have placed an order, we will get in contact with you prior to processing your order.

Panasonic New Zealand Ltd will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under its contract with you that is caused by an event outside its reasonable control.

Delivery

When you place an order with Panasonic New Zealand Ltd on ToughTools.co.nz, your order will be delivered by courier, which in all areas except for Auckland will incur a courier charge. Please check the courier charges in the table below.
Each order will require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure the delivery address supplied is where someone is able to sign for the delivery.

When you order before 3pm on a weekday, you can expect the order to be delivered to you in the following time frames on business days only. Please note, rural deliveries will take longer. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
