Panasonic Tough Tools 3 Year Warranty

A 3-year warranty applies to Panasonic Power Tools (tools only) purchased on or after 1 August 2017 which were sold in New Zealand on ToughTools.co.nz or by Panasonic New Zealand’s Tough Tool distributor and have met the following conditions:

• Power Tools which have been used or installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations (as noted in the operating instructions) under normal use and reasonable care (in the opinion of Panasonic).
• If the Power Tools have been serviced, the service must have been carried out a Panasonic Authorised Service Centre. Proof of service at the Authorised Service Centre is required
